Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum

The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, founded in 1964 by art collector Larry Aldrich, is located in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Aldrich established the museum to showcase contemporary art and support emerging artists. The museum does not maintain a permanent collection but focuses on changing exhibitions of new art, featuring works by artists such as Eva Hesse, Robert Robert Rauschenberg and Cindy Sherman. Known for its innovative and experimental approach, the Aldrich Museum offers dynamic exhibitions, educational programs, and public events, making it a key venue for contemporary art in the region.
